Help Please!?

PLEASE HELP ME!I have a icon on my desktop and it's its telling me that it has viruses on my computer but I scanned my computer with NORTON INTERNET SECURITY AntiSpyware edition,and there were no viruses found!and every time I open my web browser the homepage is always this website about free antivirus downloads,I always change the homepage but its always coming to this site.WHAT SHOULD I DO?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

Hi..for me i would 1st turn off the system restore becos virus sometime able to restore themself by this. Since you do not want to install any other anti virus apart from Norton, my advice is to update your antivirus daily if possible and also go to anti-virus program that does online scan and cure. my recommendation to you is bitdefender. Get some spyware like Search and destroy. I always think that anti-virus for detecting viruses and spyware killer for spyware or adwares.

it is spyware or adware, download spybot and adaware from download.com, they are free, install them, update them, and scan your computer with them, they will find all the junk, including the icon, it is just a trick to get you to buy their product
