Att norton antispyware and antivirus not working?

i downloaded the newer version of these things and now they dont even scan

i was wondering if anyone could help me

by either telling me how to fix this

or telling me if i can downgrade to the previous link

Try using your desktop icon (the shield), but 1st right click the icon in your system tray %26 click exit (the shield by your clock). See if that refreshes the system tray icon %26 let's you scan. Otherwise open Norton %26 scan from there.

Get AVG free from this site http://free.grisoft.com/ and then do a search for Spybot Search %26 Destroy. Both are free.
those are gay i had to uninstall them yesterday becasue i had THE SAME problem you have now I recommend downloading

AVG antivirus from Cnet download.com and also download a spyware program

the antivirus is free and works great ! and there are many free spyware programs that you can download as well
