I get NSO:13 error when trying to download yahoo protection. What is this error and how do I resolve

I deleted the old CA antivirus and antispy and ZoneAlarm firewall. I've removed all traces of old yahoo software. Still get same error! So far, verizon tech support has be awful! No help in chat mode, no help via telephone. Anyone else know how to fix this? Thanks!

I got OUTSTANDING help from Verizon both via ChAT and Telephone. ON the phone Verizon accessed my computer from theirs and went though my computer trying to find out why I received the NSO 13 error. It turned out I had a yahoo program blocked on my INTERNET OPTIONS. IT took a good hour but only because she stayed on the phone with me to make sure it was fixed. I called 1-800567-6789. Now maybe I got good service because I AM CURRENTLY a Verizon customer.

Well my rep escallated it up a couple of levels and said my problem was that I had only service pack one installed for xp. Since SP2 has a quirk that will not let me use my Cannon C3500 printer, I am now stuck and have to buy security software for my machine. 2.5 hours - what a waste of time.

Also if you go to a foreign speaking person be sure you understand that she is saying "verizon.net/sharing".
