I have a rontokbro worm and everytime i try to download antivirus program it makes my pc restart and also i cant get to run the regedit how to remove that worm completely
reinstall the win xp or mac
reformat and that nshould do it...

Cell phone viruses are uncommon and you likely do not have one. What you need to do is try a reboot (shut down, take out battery, wait 5 mins, put battery back in, restart). IF that doesn't work try a Master reset (most phone manuals will tell you how). That usually solves most phone problems
I have Avast antivirus, and Microsoft Defender programs on my computer, and neither can find it. I downloaded SpyOnThis, but I don't have the thirty dollars to register it, and that's the only way it will delete the suspicious files. How do I get rid of this?
*Security Toolbar can be uninstalled from Add/Remove programs, if not there, it will be found by one of the scans suggested below.
Uninstall ''SpyOnThis'' from Add/Remove programs. It is on the list considered to be RogueWare. Anything that offers a free scan, but, wants money to delete it, is not a good tool.
Use these instead, they are always free and if it's a trial, as with 'Trojan Hunter', it will delete what it finds until it's trial period is expired.

Delete all Temporary Internet Files-
i downloaded norton antivirus, and i was installing it on my computer. i activated the windows firewall right before the installation, and then let it install. during the pre-installation scan, windows suddenly changed to classic theme, and it asked me to reboot. so i rebooted, and now there's not other themes left in windows and i can't access the firewall, and there's absolutely now internet or network connections.
You'll have to go to start - run - type services.msc and click ok
There you'll have to scroll down and check for themes and click Start. You'll have to do that to all the application that were turned off. For you internet - check TCP/IP - DNS - network connections are turned on.

then use the Calender to change the day
and then let it fix itself

You could try a restore back if not go into safe mode last known good. If you have a old Nortons get rid of it before the install. Turn off all security firewall ad aware then install then reboot and then turn on security and reboot
McAfee that came installed was such a piece of junk, I had to uninstall it to get things to work at all. AVG doesn't support Vista yet according to their download site. HELP!

most virus are spread through IE. IE is not a safe browser. you should use a more secure browser to protect your PC from virus.
i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can block any any popup and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE browser. as you know, most of virus spread throught internet and webpage.
I have DSL and it says it will take 10 hours or more. I can't disable Norton Antivirus firewall and have tried to find disable windows but it's all locked up or something. Don't say ''close out all windows'' because it doesn't work for me, or ''start-run-msconfig'' because it is not my computer and we just had a virus problem we recently got rid of.

Start the download on an off-peak hour to secure a good load speed
Try disabling peer2peer connections. I found that cut my download speed considerably. When the downloader is running, find the options (or preferences) settings, and choose to diable peer to peer.

I have Azureus. Down it shows a firewall, but i have already removed a firewall. How come it is so? I have no Antivirus or such other things. Please help me out
You have to make sure that the port Azureus uses is not blocked. Check to see what port it uses in the options screen. After finding out the port number have that port open for your firewall. If you have a router than you have to let your router allow it to be open on that port also. Login to your router and click on the port forwarding option. All routers have this function. From there just add the port range. That's about it. Check to see if your connections are green afterwards. I used to use azureus back in the day but I personally don't use half the features it offers. I use Utorrent and I think it's alot better because it doesn't it up as many resources. Well good luck!
